Order Processing
All orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.
Many of our products are made to order. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
During busy periods, production and dispatch times may be longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery: 2 to 5 business days
Europe
- Standard Delivery: 5 to 10 business days
International
- Standard Delivery: 7 to 21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight and shipping method selected.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Delayed Deliveries
While we work hard to ensure orders arrive promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal services or couriers
- Customs processing
- Severe weather
- Industrial action
- Public holidays
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to amend the delivery details or provide a refund.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Collection from The Muster Point
Selected products may be available for collection from The Muster Point.
Collections can be made every Tuesday between 10:00am and 12:00pm at:
